Article 1: The owner undertakes to provide accommodation for holidaymakers and breakfast.

Article 2 - Duration of the stay: The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period will not be able under any circumstances to assert any right to stay in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent to the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental.

A lease concluded between the parties to this act may in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, unless the owner agrees in writing.

Any breach of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the tenancy to the damages of the tenant, the proceeds of the tenancy remaining definitively acquired from the owner.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: A) Cancellation before arrival in the premises:

Any cancellation notified more than 7 days before the arrival of the customer is free and without conditions. The owner refunds in full the deposit collected. However, if the cancellation is notified less than 7 days before arrival at the premises, the full amount of the reservation will be due. The remaining 70% due will then be debited from the CB used when booking.

B) Cancellation during the stay:

If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner returns to the tenant the full amount paid.

Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the specified day and time indicated on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Article 7 - Settlement of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid at the entrance to the premises.

Article 8 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Also any behavior contrary to respect of persons and public order will lead the owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made. We remind you that all rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING, even at the windows.

Article 9 - Capacity: This contract is for the maximum capacity of the room. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional guests. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the client.

Article 10 – Welcoming animals: The Lavillete House does not accept animals.

Article 11 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his act. He is required to be insured by a resort insurance contract for these various risks.

Article 12 - Payment of charges: At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay to the owner, the charges not included in the price. Included in these charges are tourist taxes, breakfasts, and any consumption at the restaurant.

Article 13 - Deposit of deposit: The owner does not ask for deposit of deposit on arrival of the tenants. Respect for the equipment and premises made available is based on trust. However, in case of deterioration, the owner reserves the right to ask the tenant for reparation or compensation.

Article 14 - Degradation penalties: A) Prohibition of smoking:

The 3 guest rooms of Maison Lavillete are exclusively non-smoking. No exceptions will be made. So if cigarette butts/ashes or smells of tobacco are found after your departure, the owner reserves the right to apply a penalty of 80€, in order to counter any inconvenience and/or degradation.

B) Respect for bed/bath linen:

For the comfort of all, the bed and bath linen that are provided are quality and in good condition. Also, the owner will apply a flat rate of 15€/piece for bath linen and 30€/piece for bed linen in case of abuse, for extra cleaning and/or replacement of soiled linen.


Article 15 - Gift cards: Gift cards are not refundable.

Once the validity date of the gift card has expired, you can extend its duration once for an additional 3 months, for an amount of €40.

Once the stay is booked, it is no longer modifiable. Any cancellation of the stay via a gift card will be considered lost.

Article 16 - Acceptance of the conditions: Any reservation validated via our website, or any other booking channel, is valid for acceptance of the GTC.
